The money, shown

The arithmetic, with its work shown.

Nine worksheets take you from a document checklist to a division ledger. Every computed figure lists the steps that produced it and the statute behind the rule, so both of you can check it and so can your lawyer.

Framing one

One buys out the other

A refinance at current rates and a payment of half the equity.

Framing two

Sell and divide

Proceeds split after costs of sale, on a date you both name.

Both are shown the same way. Neither is a recommendation.

Visible arithmetic

Caps, rates, and effective dates, in the open.

Steps are rendered, not summarized. Citations sit inline next to the rule they belong to, with the version date, because the numbers change and a figure without a date is not checkable.

Where an issue has two common framings, both appear side by side, both neutral. The app never ranks them.

Linked accounts

Private until you share it.

An unshared account is invisible to the other person, including that it exists. Sharing is read-only, per institution, and reversible. Tokens are sealed server-side; the other person can never see your credentials.

The disclosure organizer is a guided statement of net worth fill. It stays private until the two of you exchange, and it suggests values from data already in the app so you enter each number once.

The audit trail

Every field remembers who set it.

Both of you can rely on the same numbers because neither of you can quietly change them. Expenses, the support payment log, and the legal cost tracker follow the same rule.
